  I've been a client of Arctic Sun for a couple years--they've done some repairs and upgrades and also I subscribe to their 'check up' service which is great. Today Mike came by and checked out our systems, found a couple issues (leaky pipe etc) and really did a great job explaining everything. Highly recommended!

  Today Mike came in to do a plumbing inspection and he was wonderful. He made great suggestions in which we will definitely be working on to fix. Also, it was inclement weather and he was wonderful in putting shoe covers on his shoes. Mike, thank you so much for explaining what we need to replace and your patience.

  Mike came by to do a one year check up on my new unit that he had helped install. Everything was working fine but Mike thoroughly checked the unit and offered some very helpful maintenance suggestions. He is very helpful and professional. He also cleaned the unit.
