  My PTAC Unit went out during very cold temperatures. I contacted Randall about ordering me a new unit and he quoted me a very reasonable price. I called him the next day with the go ahead to order the unit. By the next day, I was informed there was a shipping delay and instead of making me wait over the weekend, Randall called a different distributor and had another unit sent the same day from Little Rock. When I picked the unit up at his shop, Randall helped me load the unit in my truck and informed me that he would be there for any of my needs in the future. Randall has a very friendly personality and exudes trustworthiness and professionalism. I would highly recommend him for any services that he offers and would use him for any future heating/ air conditioning needs.

  Randall is awesome. Heater went out on Thanksgiving night and Randall was here on Saturday pulling the part and back on Sunday to replace it. Thank you so much Randall!!! Now when I have to get a new unit I will definitely hire him to install it.

  Heater went out in my home and I called them as soon as they opened. The tech I talked to was very polite and they were at my house within 30 minutes. The tech identified my problem and had me up and running within the hour! Very respectful and knowledgeable staff and they have earned a lifetime customer!
