  Alex was amazing! Answered the phone right away, drove out to my house after 10 pm. Fixed my problem and explained to me what he was doing and why he was doing it. Great service! Will recommend to anyone I know!

  I stumbled across Artic Heating and Cooling while trying to get into contact with several different contractors to get some recommendations on our heating system. Alex answered my call right away and started giving me some options. We scheduled a natural gas conversion with UGI and Alex recommended a great system while providing me with all rebate information, and manufacture warranties. I had three other quotes and recommendations by other companies/contractors but ultimately went with Alex due to his honesty. He was very thorough with all explanations, and was extremely quick to respond with all communications. It was a big job - took about 4 days. He was always on time and respectful of our home. He did an awesome job, recommend to anyone looking for an honest and reasonable HVAC.
