  I called at 9am on Monday morning because our heater went out. Called them back after 2pm to see if they were still coming.The lady that answered the phone said "oh the guys will ca you when they are on their way." Then I asked her if they were coming today, and she said "probably not since it is this late in the day." (At 2pm). So I called Pride hearing, and they were to my house in Fruita within 30 minutes and fixed our issues quickly. I won't be calling Artic anymore. *** Edit because I cannot respond to company comment: They NEVER said they were "too busy". They simply said they would call when they are close by.... (If they would have told me they were busy, and might not get to me, I would have called someone else at 9am in the morning when it is 30 degrees outside. )

  We are so sorry for your experience yesterday. However, you were made aware at 9 am that our team was very busy, and if they had any openings they would call you to set up a time. We do not tell people we will call when close by, until after we have scheduled a time to go over. Unfortunately, we cannot get to everyone on their schedule. We do apologize for that.

  Kory was awesome, came right over, walked me through what was wrong and how I can address it in the future and even gave me a little discount to help with the cost. I felt safe and taken care of. I would definatly recommend Arctic Heating and Cooling.

  Damien and his team at Arctic are Fantastic! Our house needed a new HVAC system. We had no idea what we needed or wanted. Damien was able to come in and quickly put together a very good plan. His bid included three different options with full explanations I chose the best of the three options for our family and never once felt up sold or pressured. We did our due diligence and called another local company with good reviews. They were obviously overwhelmed by the task and gave an overly complicated plan that involved many holes in walls and $15K over Arctic’s bid. His team was affable, professional and clearly knowledgeable. I would happily use them again. Although after getting my new system, I suspect it will be quite a few years until that happens.
