  We have used Arctic to install new AC units in 3 different condos. They have always communicated well so we knew the status of the installation and the installations were done well-very professional. We did have an issue on the last AC unit installed. They came out, identified the issue and corrected it at no charge. My wife and I could not be happier with the service Arctic provides and highly recommend them.

  The techs were awesome! When my 1991 AC unit went down approximately four years ago Arctic air fixed it at a very reasonable cost. It then lasted another four years. So this time when it went down I called them back to check it out. The compressor was frozen so a new system was needed. They installed the new system two days later. The installers were very professional and did a fantastic job installing it in a small closet. They kept working until it was done even though it was almost seven p.m. I highly recommend them.

  The team was on time and very on task. Friendly and good communication. My wife asked to keep the 2 big boxes that the Heat Pump and air handler came in for the grandkids to play in. Andrew saved them and reinforced them for her. Very nice! The unit was installed and we are very pleased with the work. The price for everything was very fair.
