  Not using this company any more when I needed them most they didn't come through for me. I purchased an ac unit my self from a wholesaler direct. Had it installed the blower wasn't working. Called them to come out and fix it they refused to send someone after hours which at first they were going to for a minimum of 225.00 when they realized that It was me they refused because I didn't go with their quote of 7 thousand for a new ac. They did say they would come out during business hours with no regard that it was 100 degrees out. Long story short a tech from a different company came out spent a half hour and fixed it. I will no longer do business with this company.

  Kevin is not a qualified HVAC technician. Kevin only got one estimate thus he has no way to compare our price with other reputable companies. So his claim of price gouging is moot. Kevin somehow was able to purchase this unit (cheaper than we could purchase it, by a lot) probably from an illegal online seller. I use the term illegal because distributors are forbidden from manufactures to sell equipment online to prevent situations like this. As to refused, he just means we wouldn’t send anyone after hours. We would have looked at it the next day which is what he settled for with another company.

  They came to fix my furnace. When I called them to inquire about the service, the guy was a bit rude on the phone. He came on time and fixed the furnace. He told me that there was a dead squirrel in there that caused it to malfunction. I went to the basement to inspect his work and there was squirrel droppings and fur left in front of the furnace. I know this company dosent deal with clean up services, however, they shouldnt have just left the droppings in my basement floor.

  We went with arc to install a new heat pump. Great work guys, running smooth for several years.
