I wanted to take a minute and write a review of Arcon, Inc. On 10/3/2011 I contacted about 13 Air/Heat companies in Eastlake, Ohio & Surrounding area's. Every company i called was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I called Arcon and i spoke with the owner Tony. I was VERY PLEASED with how he spoke to me on the phone. I set up the appointment and he was here within 1 hour of speaking with him. He did such a excellent job and was fantastic on price. He spoke to my whole family as if they were his own. It was a great experience. I would highly recommend him and this company to do business with. He was very knowledgable and got the work done right the FIRST TIME. EXCELLENT person to work with. I can't say this enough. If you are looking for a heating/air conditioning company, call Arcon, Inc. P.S- Thank you Tony for everything. You did a wonderful job.

We had just had our rental inspected by the city. Our rental passed with flying colors with a few small fixes requested by them. Our tenet was having issues with the thermostat and in a pinch I called around to a few friends and finally found this companies number. I called and he came out within 2 hours. I was not home but was called by my tenet and he was vary upset. I could hear the man in the background going off about "this isn't code" "that isn't code" and "This place is going to blow up" Well my tenant being in construction and me being in construction, both of us being union workers, knew what was going on. When I finally got the man on the phone he was talking about all this extra work he found there and how dangerous the house was to live in because of the stuff that was done "Incorrect" . I asked him if he had fixed the issue which called him out in the first place and after about 5 or 10 min of listening to him go on about the "In cert fear mongering up sell here" he told me that it was a trade secret and I probably would not understand. Come to find out from the tenant that the tenant just could not figure out the thermostat and never vocalized that to any of us, which in of itself is another rant. I came home that nite and found out that this guy had plans to come out and "fix" the issues that were going to "blow the house up" on that tues. I called him Sunday nite and he finally called back at 7 am that Monday. I asked him once again what he had to do to fix the issue which led him to our house and again he would not tell me. In the bill he had given us that he was paid for, there was not one thing about what he had fixed only issues which he thought were "not code" . When I spoke with him that Monday I told him that he would not be needed to fix any of those issues that I would have someone from the union come check them out. He then told me that he would have to contact the city of the violations. The city that had just inspected the house. It makes me sick to think that some one like this could maybe go to an elderly persons home and do this stuff. I have heard good things about this man, that is why i had called him in the first place, but when I heard him going off in the background when my tenant called me all upset, I knew he was going to use the city to try and get work. So if you are looking for someone to just come and do a job and be honest and upfront with you and tell you everything they did to Your home I can not and will not recommend him. Buyer beware.
