  My heater broke and was on the weekend and the coldest day of the year so I called at 8 and they were there by 9:30 it was awesome I had heat within the hour. I was very happy with the service.

  Arrived home at midnight from vacation to a warm 87 degree house. Called Archie’s the next morning (Saturday) and they sent a wonderful young man over who diagnosed the problem (bad capacitor) and promptly fixed it. Had the part on his truck. The price was extremely fair - even for an emergency appointment. Would highly recommend Archie’s if you have an AC issue.

  Great customer service, had an issue after the original service call but it was promptly resolved and after having to return Archie's discounted the original cost. The staff were polite and flexible to our needs, they scheduled both appointments for when we would be able to make it and were prompt. Recommend to anyone needing service in the area.
