Is there no common decency anymore. They read your meter on the 20th of each month and your water bill is never over 80.00 and suddenly it almost 300.00. They know you have a leak and the least they could do is leave a note on your door letting you know you might be in trouble, but NO, you won't get a water bill for another 12 days or more...who is wasting water...another 12 days of a leak. I'm so disappointed in humanity. My neighbor 80 years old got a 1000.00 last year...did they bother to knock on her door, NO.
