  ARA Heating is a good and honest company. My old furnace was 20 plus years old and I called 2 other top reviewed companies for a repair and estimates. Other companies would not even attempt to fix my old furnace unless I put in a new furnace with that company. Their estimates for 10k and 7k for new a new furnace. Someone told me to call ARA and I'm very pleased that I did because of the fair and honest work. He even fixed a part on the old furnace to keep it running another year so I could save up for a new furnace from him. Cost less than $2,500 for a new furnace for my 2 story home with basement. It's been over a year since it has been installed and not one complaint. Install just took 2-3 hours. I wish I can find more honest people like Rich around for other projects in the home. Honest people are hard to find when looking for major projects for your home

  Rich is the most stand up guy I know. We have used him for 10+ years. Last winter, I had a problem with our furnace at our lake house that was an hour drive from south bend. Regrettably, I called a local company rather than ARA bc I didn't want him to have to travel. The other company said we needed a new furnace to the tune of a $6000 emergency job. I called and described the problem and rich said it did r sound right. He CAME right out and found the actual problem , which was a fix under a WARRANTED part. He also In the past drove over 4 hours back and forth to pick up a needed part for my elderly grandmas furnace because he didn't want her to go without heat. They simply do not get better than rich.

  THEY DIDNT EVEN SHOW UP AT COURT This company lost in court DO NOT USE this company. the installed the wrong furnace and wood burner didnt get permits didnt follow codes INSPECTORS RED TAGGED THERE WORK another company had to come and do the correct job tried to bill 19000dollars. when A PLUS HEATING did the correct job for only 5000 ARA actually QUIT on the job because the couldnt do it right. UNPROFESSIONAL THERE SCAMMERS
