I woke to -26 degrees and a failing furnace while my husband was out of town. I reached out to Aquarius and immediately was put at ease by Amy, who truly seemed to care. Mike showed up within a few hours for an inspection, took pics, and explained the damage in a way I could understand. Comfort Specialist Alex later came by to discuss options. By the end of the next day I gratefully had my new furnace system installed by Carlos and Travis. No detail was spared in their work. Today electrician Nate finished up some furnace wiring that the techs deemed necessary for our safety. I cannot say enough about this entire team, who were top notch all the way around, kind, courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond regarding our safety and comfort. We live in a rural area and the local HVACs were booked solid. I was impressed that this team at Aquarius was able to respond so promptly and professionally. Will definitely be calling on this company again. Thank you, thank you!

Kolten was extremely helpful, he assessed the whole house water situation and determined that changes needed to be done before he would be able to install the units properly! He explained to my contractor what changes needed to be made! I believe he went above and beyond what he had to do! I can’t Thank him enough.

Let me start with Aquarius and their staff are amazing people and at what they do. 4 years ago my combination boiler went out and I used a competing company to install a new boiler. They sold me on an HTP combi unit that the salesman told me multiple times would be the best unit for my in-floor heat. January 2021 I have the competing company out for a no heat, they come out and fixed it but due to technician negligence they left the exhaust plugged and flooded my house with co2, I left the house when the alarms went off and met the plumber the next mornings where I found out the cause. October 2021 for pre-winter maintenance the same company sent out the same tech who then left some joints loose and flooded the house with propane which wasn't noticed for over two weeks due to my mechanical rooms location. This is when I decided to contact Aquarius to see if they would work on my system. They sent David out to go over my boiler and see if it was something they could service and maintain which it was. A week after David checked my system it went out and this is where Aquarius really stepped up. This is where I found out the competing company sold me a unit that had already been discontinued for around a year before they sold it to me and never told me this, they also failed to register the warranty with HTP after installing the unit. I was looking at a ballpark of $16,000 for a new system. Thankfully through the hard work form David and everyone at Aquarius the y were able to get the warranty and completely replace my system with a higher quality system and i only had to pay for the warranty labor. Thank you David and Aquarius for fixing a situation caused by a competitor that could have cost me severely!!
