  In mid-January 2022, Colin did an extensive repair on my basement waste pipes due to corrosion and to remediate the severely decay of the pipes.Colin worked efficiently and very neatly. No mess to clean up afterward. Toward the end of the job, Tom came in to assist Colin with removal of the old pipes and they replaced the existing corroded knob type handles with quarter turn valves on our basement faucet that connect to the washing machine. The metal hoses to the washing machine were also replaced at my request for more efficient operation of the washer. Excellent work guys! Service was priced reasonably and was affordable. We are planning to call Appolo for future servicing of our furnace. Go Appolo!

  Previous technicians were not familiar with the Crown boiler and were unable to fix our boiler issues. I spoke with the Vestal manager. He assured me that he understood my problem and would do all he could to remedy the boiler issue charges since we continued to experience problems …which he did. Joshua Aiken came right away and fixed our boiler…it is now working great. Joshua was very knowledgeable about our particular boiler and has a similar one in his home. In the future when we have boiler issues we will request Joshua.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. We had this company replace our attic AC unit because it was old and had mold in the ducts. They did such an awful job, they did not connect the drainage pipe correctly causing a leak inside our bathroom wall. We had to get the floor, wall, and vanity ripped out and replaced. They also did not insulate the ducts properly we are now finding out because of the cold temperature, causing water to drip out of the light fixtures in the hallway. They were not the cheapest quote we got for the job so we did not expect such terrible work. DO NOT HIRE APPOLO HEATING!!!
