  I called Applied Heating and Cooling to help me fix a leaking pressure relief valve on my boiler in response to an inspection report from my buyers when I was selling my house. They were able to get out to me the next day, which was great since I was in a time crunch. They also made sure the problem was completely taken care of and everyone I spoke and worked with was great. Oscar, in particular, did a great job making sure everything was in working order! I'd definitely recommend using their services again!

  Booked well in advance and was given a 3 hour window for a technician to arrive. Waited 3 hours past my original 3 hour window and just gave up. No communication from anyone. Called 3 times and was told I’d be contacted by the tech with an update. Never received call and just cancelled appt. Save your time. Go with someone else for your HVAC needs.

  Our 17 year old furnace needed 2 motors replaced. Applied Heating and Cooling team installed a new furnace with personalized service and honesty without trying to sell us an unnecessarily larger unit. I will definitely use them again for maintenance and whenever our 17 year old A/C gives up. I highly recommend them.
