  Called for an appointment to unclog a filter, or at least show me how to remove the front panel of my whirlpool washer so I could do this myself, but whoever answered the phone first said “no parts” and then when explained part wasn’t needed, told me they were too busy with students moving in (July?) to help. Was not impressed with these folks.

  The owner is the best if he don't have the parts he will order it next day delivery. Definitely great services.

  I am happy to have found this company. I received a friendly confirmation call the day of the service. The technition was on time. He listened to my description of the problem without interruption. I felt the pricing was fair. My washer works and I will keep this number for any future appliance needs...lord knows there will be.
