Convenient and helpful! Bought a heating element for my dryer for $43. They didn’t sell me anything I didn’t need, just the coil. The guy who rang me up gave me a good tip about bending the nubs on the prongs. After installing, dryer still didn’t work. I called and spoke to Tim and he helped me figure out what had happened and how to remedy it without buying another coil. He was right and I fixed it. No one was condescending. Better than waiting for internet parts delivery or paying and waiting for a repair person! Very satisfied!

Be careful. Not a place for a new DIYer. While they do seem to be very knowledgeable, some of the customer service I have received is not what I would expect from a local business. There were times that I felt like I was inconveniencing the person I was speaking with. Most recently, I was told that I could exchange an item if it didn’t work out and they would not take back. They did not. Granted, it is written on receipt this would be the case but the salesman told me different. It was also an item that appeared to have already been returned in the first place based on how it was repackaged when I purchased it.

Bill is great. Furnace went out last night. Called bright and early told him what I needed and he got things squared away so that I could go pick up the parts. They'll be my first call next time something breaks and I need parts! Thanks Bill!
