I did not know this place existed until I started shopping for a free.  They seemed like the only store in my town that had any kind of inventory.  During this frustrating time when it's really hard to make a major purchase,  I was pleased to find a place where I could get an item is an item without a 6 month wait.   My sales person, Walter, was extremely knowledgeable and helped me make good decisions without making me feel like he was pressuring me to just buy what he could offer.   He spent over an hour with me, helping me pick out a refrigerator and freezer that fit my needs.  I'm confident that at the end of the week, when these items are delivered, I will be very satisfied.

Wonderful service! Not only matched but beat the big box store pricing with quicker delivery and better setup. Can't recommend enough! Start and end your shopping here. Look for Walter and James.  Very friendly and knowledgeable.***UPDATE*** after three weeks, two attempted deliveries, and three different damaged appliances I canceled the order and request a full refund. I received no hassle from in my request and all was even. If you can see it and touch it and leave with it, it's a good place to purchase. If you have to rely on delivery, beware. I don't know if it's the factory, warehouse,  or the delivery drivers themselves but I have zero confidence in their ability to deliver a undamaged appliance. Two stars because the sales people and store manager were excellent to work with. Honestly felt bad the back end couldn't support them.

Salesman, Walter, was very helpful in finding us a washer and dryer we felt we could count on.  The delivery and set up team did an awesome job and James was attentive about my concerns with the dryer vent which he installed perfectly.  We will be back for future purchases.

James is a pleasure to work with, likewise their delivery team are a pleasure (who have actually saved us time and money with their proactive thoughtfulness), and there are always a variety of options at good price points offered with no-pressure salesmanship. This is our go-to for appliances for our home and rental units, for good reason.

Edit early March 2022: something has crashed and burned here. They've lost a ton of staff and we have had so many problems with them. While we were there at one point, we heard them complaining about all of the issues they were dealing with, remarking how they don't even want to answer the phone because it's nothing but angry customers with fires for them to try to put out. In our last two purchases, for a mattress delivery for our 3 year old (we needed a quick turnaround and went with them because they had a mattress in their local warehouse) and a built-in microwave installation for one of our rentals, they marked our mattress as picked up (it wasn't), claimed for days that they had someone searching the warehouse to see whether the mattress was there and that they had also ordered a mattress just in case, in order to ensure that we'd get a mattress, they claimed their hands were tied because of a regional director marked the mattress as picked up and was on vacation, but failed to call with updates when they said they would and somehow still couldn't resolve it or provide any updates for days after this ostensible director had returned from his holiday. At no point did they offer anything except a free upgrade should we need a different mattress in order to actually get one, but they never actually settled on a deadline for resolution. Finally, after 2 weeks (when we were supposed to get the mattress within a couple of days), we canceled the order for a refund, at which point they (were polite but) offered no apologies much less credits or any other incentives to keep our business. We ordered a mattress from Amazon that night and had it 2 days later.

Meanwhile, on the day that the microwave was supposed to be delivered and installed, they told us that their installation person wasn't available and we would have to reschedule. We've rescheduled, but are guessing that this is going to go the same way as the mattress. We prefer to support brick-and-mortar business when we can, but unfortunately these folks have lost our support.
