  I called Applegate today to speak to the owner to share some news with him about a client of mine who referred his name. Not only was the lady who answered the phone very personable, but I actually got through to the owner (rare). The owner, Tom, took my call and spoke with me for a bit. I explained to him the word-of-mouth referral that I had gotten from one of his past clients who said their name when I asked "who in the trades is someone you'd fully stand behind?". The owner seemed like a very genuine, down-to-earth man. Even though I have not used his service, I am sure I wouldn't be disappointed, especially if his work reflected the kindness he and his secretary gave to me yesterday!

  Applegate did a fantastic job replacing my hot water heater. They were professional, and arrived on time. I highly recommend Applegate.

  Right from the start our technician Shane was AWESOME! He called to announce his arrival close to the beginning of the service time window unlike many other service agencies. My "to do " list was long that day and this act was much appreciated. He was diligent in performing all the maintenance checks required for an annual checkup, answering all my questions with ease and poise. Thank you, Shane,!
