  Only at a government job could you refuse to provide service to your customer base and continue to be paid!! Not knowing their new rule was "by appointment only" I went to do a title transfer. The office was completely empty, yet I was refused service and forced to set an appointment a week out. WHY CAN THE TREASURE'S OFFICE REFUSE SERVICE, BUT OUR EDUCATORS BE FORCED TO BE ON THE JOB? Monroe and Davis county Treasures offices are open to the public, by providing normal walk in service.. Appanoose county needs different leadership. Appanoose needs a treasure who understands who is paying the salaries of those in this office! There needs to be accountability!

  what a beautifully detailed largest Courthouse in Iowa it is kept in immaculate and great customer service by every office in there I highly recommend even if you don't need anything from there that if you are just here visiting you walk in and take a look around it is just so nice beautiful old building!!
