  furnace decided to malfunction on some of the coldest days this winter. Called Appalachian air and they were able to send someone out the next day. Tech was able to diagnose problem, part was ordered and replaced that day. We were aware that there may be an additional issue and when the furnace was still shutting down , a call at 7:30 am the next morning had us on their schedule for the same afternoon. Furnace was up and running by 5:30 pm. Happy with their service, availability of fast service and their offer of providing us with heaters. Will definitely call for future needs with heat or AC.

  Our furnace was blowing air but not heating the air very well. I called Appalachian Air and they came out within a few hours and were able to clean a sensor and get it working again quickly. They were very pleasant to work with. I'm very grateful for their help!

  High praise to Appalachian Air! Techs Alex and Ty were extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgable. I would recommend them to anyone with heating/cooling issues! Lydia, my dog, also sings their praises... as they came bearing dog treats.
