  We hired APN to clean our ducts, service our HVAC and water softener systems, put a timer on the water heater, and address some ducts that were not working properly. They took the time to trace each duct and re-route those that were not properly working. Ritchie was very professional, very nice, explained everything very clearly , and helped fix a couple unrelated issues (broken thermostat and re-route a dryer hose). Prices were reasonable and I’d highly recommend APN. We expect to have them back to do duct work for a future renovation.
