  APEX did a fantastic job helping with a sewer clog that occurred late on a Friday afternoon. The awesome customer experience began with a friendly and profession support staff who got me immediately setup with an appointment. The owner and one of his excellent technicians got the problem resolved and they stayed till the job was done. They are nice and friendly to deal with, and will be my choice in mechanical issues from here on out. Thank you for a job well done!

  Have had Apex out to our older home on two occasions to fix our boiler system. Their customer service has been excellent each time. Same day service. No complaints at all.

  Apex placed a heating system in my house appro 7 yrs. ago. Recently the system failed. Parts are no longer available from the manufacturer. This was the first system of this kind apex had placed according to an employee. Also, the radiant heat they placed in the garage has frozen, breaking the tubing and with it the concrete floor. I now have a system with a patch on it , leaking solder joints, noisey circulating pumps, broken tubing and concrete floors. Numerous attempts to contact the owner of apex have gone unanswered greatly illustrating their idea of customer service. I would not recommend them to anyone.
