  Every member of the APEX team that was in our home throughout the process was incredibly professional as well as friendly! We have a curious toddler who wanted to be involved and all of the guys were gracious and sweet to him while they got their work done. We really appreciate the timeliness of the project as well. We got a quote for a new heater and the installation was less than one week later. And on the coldest day of the year! Thank you APEX!

  On one of the coldest days of the year our furnace decided to stop working. I called Apex on a referral from a family member and they came out the next day. Dylan P was the technician and he diagnosed the issue immediately. He was very personable and knowledgeable, he adjusted my furnace to make it through a couple weeks till they could get the part they needed. He looked into the warranty(saved me about $3500)and found that the furnace was still under warranty for the exact part that failed. He came the day the part came in and replaced it without wasting any time. I am very impressed with Dylan and will use him again for any HVAC needs I have in the future. Thank you for the fast and friendly service!

  Great service, definitely went above and beyond. Along with a quick and professional installation of our new furnace they also noticed a potential dangerous co2 leak from our water heater and patched it free of charge. Would rate 6 stars if google allowed it. Good quality protect, definitely worth the price!
