  My furnace died during one of the coldest days of the year. I called about 20 heating and cooling places in Shenandoah Valley with lead times of 2 weeks+ which is a long time when you are worried about your pipes freezing. Bobby was able to install a new furnace in 2 days at 20-40% less than my other quotes. He checked in every step of the way, answered all my questions (I had a lot), improved my ductwork which was so bad a different company wouldn't work on my house at all. He honored my original estimates (I've had contractors change them on me a lot) and just seems very hardworking and honest. Would use again and recommend to anyone

  Bobbi responded quickly to our SOS in the Fall, diagnosed the manner the 20-year-old home furnace was failing, and communicated the particulars with clarity, transparency & good humor. In late December we negotiated the installation of a high efficiency natural gas furnace, new ductwork and the smart thermostat that ships with the furnace. Bobbi was sensitive to our work schedules, and performed the installation on time -- everything is functioning as promised, 2 months out. He is smart, ethical, conscientious, punctual, a hard worker and a superb communicator. He has my HVAC business for life; I recommend him without qualification.

  When my furnace quit in the middle of an ice storm, Bobby quickly diagnosed it as a frozen humidifier drain line due to a faulty installation. He quickly corrected both the problem and the installation. On a holiday! He'll get my business next time!
