  I recently purchased a home that had a brand new Gas Furnace installed by the sellers before putting on the market. Once we moved in and I started looking closer, I noticed that the brand new return air trunk that feeds the furnace was so undersized that it was collapsing and chocking off the furnace intake. I also noticed some extremely shoddy HVAC plumbing to connecting to existing ducting. I had to resize the duct (it was about 1/8th of proper size) and repair a bunch of bad connections (all new and apparently done by this company) to get the furnace operating properly. Designing ductwork is not rocket science, but this was obviously poorly done. They also did a very poor job of routing the exhaust ducting out the side of the house (directly onto the patio) and the condensate drain placement splashing up on the house keeping it constantly damp. I would avoid this company for any sort of installation if at all possible. If their work at my location is any indicator of quality, I'd hate to see what they do in tight situations (my furnace and ductwork is out in the open in a full basement). AVOID!
