  Both Tom & Kyle did an excellent job. Tom installed a new seal on our bathroom toilet and Kyle repaired a bearing on the blower fan motor above our water heater. Todd is also is working with us to acquire a new motor.

  Tom Anschultz does quality work and took great care of our property in winter 2019. I called back in 2020 to use them again, but ran into a terrible experience that left me at their mercy and put my cottage at risk of frozen pipes. Barbara Anschultz who works in the office is extremely unprofessional. She didn’t clearly explain their protocol and my property will now not be winterized until mid- to late-November, putting my pipes at risk for freezing. I called 10/15 to have my cottage winterized on 11/10. Today I called to see if they could come earlier and she told me my cottage is not on their schedule. Then she said that they had two weeks from 11/10 to winterize the cottage. I was baffled, telling her that I planned to go up 11/10 to meet the plumber. I asked her why she didn’t explain this to me when I called in October bc then I would have planned differently. She put the blame on me stating she explained this a year ago, in 2019. I can promise you I’ve worked with plumbers in Door County for many years and have never been treated so poorly, not to mention never encountered a policy like theirs. I became upset, she said she’d talk to Tom to see what he could do but couldn’t promise anything. And then she hung up on me and refused to answer the phone when I called back. How will I know when Tom arrives? She hung up and never said goodbye, and I had a few unanswered questions. Toxic unprofessional experience. Avoid Barbara Anschultz unless you want to be treated like you don’t matter to this company. I immediately called Reinhardt and they put me on their schedule. That is the difference between good and poor customer service.

  Came next morning. Called 1st. Repaired plumbing problem timely and cleaned up. Highly recommend to give them a call 4 your plumbing problems.
