Anointed Air & Refrigeration is the worst company to deal with both as a customer and an employee. The owner John Teague uses being a Christian to his advantage, in other words uses God to gain customers. He is nothing but a lying crook. Installed the wrong size condenser at my house (needed a 3 ton and he installed a 2.5 ton) and over charged my landlord. Now 2 years later we have to replace my whole system because of the compatibility issues. As an employee NO ONE wants to work for him as we never know if your check is guaranteed at the end of the week. He screams and belittles employees in front of customers to make himself feel like the big man in town. He hired a new girl for me to train but I caught on to his game and knew he was going to get rid of me, sorry new girl no offense but I wasn't teaching you everything I know. My knowledge is worth something. Anyone that does business with this company or goes to work for them I wish you luck.

It began good. My AC went out and I needed it fixed on a Sunday. So since I'm a Christian, I looked into "Christian" AC businesses. Anointed Air came up so I called. John offered to come that afternoon and I took him up on it. There was a charge for weekend work, but we had company coming the next day so that was fine. He came out and did it that evening with his father. I noticed the electric bills skyrocketing, and just figured it was the hot summer we were having. It kept up for several months so I called the electric company and they assigned me a specialist in energy savings. This man did a lot of research and found that the electrical usage had increased approximately 30% on exactly the day that the AC was installed. So I called John. He sent a guy out there to take a look at it who immediately told me it was just the hot summer. He looked at things but didn't seem to understand that everything remained the same EXCEPT for the new AC unit. There isn't much choice in the matter, the AC is either a lemon or not hooked up correctly. So I spoke with John after this and he said he was going to look at it himself. Weeks go by, no John. So I call the office and talk to Grace. She says she's going to send John out. Weeks go by, no John. I call the office and talk to another lady in there, she'll pass the message to John. This has been going on for far too long, so I'm going to have to hire someone else to fix it. If I were you, I'd not do business with these folks! _____________________________ The saga continues. After finally having another company come out to see what the issue is, I've been told that the Teagues have been ripping folks off around Cape Coral for many years. Firstly, his jaw dropped when he found out what John and Grace Teague had charged me for a unit that they, ethically, should not have put in in the first place. It's an R22 unit which they sold me new. I guess it isn't possible to get a new air exchanger for this unit, so it's pretty much worthless when my air exchanger gives out. Secondly, the main reason my AC is costing me so much in electric is that the AC Unit and Exchanger are badly mismatched (piston size). Thirdly, when John told me that he couldn't reuse the Hot Water Return unit, he was lying through his teeth. That would have been true had he been putting in a modern day AC unit, but he wasn't. Since he was putting in an R22, he could have reconnected the hot water return. Of course he should not have sold me this unit, especially for $2,750. Hopefully there will be some legal recourse for me. Let the buyer beware, these folks are going to take you for whatever they can...

This clown installed a Goodman unit in our home close to a year ago. It has been a constant battle with him to get it right. Constant. Promising to be here and then not showing up. This excuse or that excuse. It's Goodman's fault. It's this, it's that. Now that the unit has completely failed he is nowhere to be found. Not returning calls or answering text messages. It appears we are going to have to pay someone else to fix his incompetent, shoddy work.
