  for the past 5 years I have had nothing but problems with my boiler that was only around 8 years old and was the most expensive brand out there (weil Mclain) spent probably 800 every year on it to keep it running properly, calling a different heating company every year. Finally this year I called Annette at Flicks, after a short call she did some research and was the only one that actually called the company and found out that all this time I had a warranty on my boiler but it had just expired in nov 2020, Annette sent someone out the next day to inspect and diagnose my issue, they found one issue that was hazardous to our health, offered to fix it for free then diagnose the actual problem, but we decided that it would just be better to replace the entire unit. 2 days later they sent a crew of 5 guys to get my entire system replaced in just a few hours, Jeremy did an amazing job with everything, he had to come back the next day to adjust some things, but all in all a great guy a great company, will never call anyone else

  Servicemen were very friendly. Looked at my problem and quickly retrieveed the needed part and fixed my problem.

  Couldn't be happier with the product, service and employees who installed our a/c units today. Flick's employees didn't waste anytime getting the job done and were so kind and respectful of our home. I highly recommend them for all plumbing, heating and a/c needs.
