  I spoke with Kevin on the phone today and he was amazing. It was a Saturday which would have been an overtime call out. Kevin gathered information about my furnace and the issues I was having. He told me that due to my furnace being a Luxaire, they didn’t have the parts in, but referred my to a Luxaire dealer in the area. After listening to the issues I was having with the furnace, Kevin gave me suggestions on the possible underlying problem and I was able to clean the flame sensor myself!!! I have multiple income properties and it is safe to say I will never use anyone else again.
