Our furnace (4 years old) would heat and then stop heating. This went on for a couple of weeks and William made several trips out but it was difficult to diagnose since it was intermittent. Finally when Richard and William were here, the system shut off and on so they determined that it was the control board, drove to Marietta(from Roswell) to pick up the part and installed/repaired it that day. William called that night and again over the w/e to make sure all was well. Very professional (former military) and great to work with. I would highly recommend this company.

We built a new home and Andy Lewis/Hobson installed our system. As sometimes happens, about one month after moving in we had an issue that needed repair. Brent Miller made the service call. Mr. Miller is an asset to your company. He is professional, personable and most importantly he has an expertise that is outstanding. Thanks for sending Mr. Miller to our home to help us! Luis called 20 mins before arrival. He was professional, polite, wore a mask & shoe coverings, and explained what he would be doing before he serviced our HVAC unit. He also explained what he did after the service was completed and explained everything to my husband and I. We would definitely use this company again if needed.
