I am totally dissatisfied with the work from this company. We upgraded to a new 2-stage central air conditioning system put in to replace our old 1 stage system. What the owner/installer, Andrew, failed to mention was that he HAD NO IDEA how to work with our current Arzel zoning system, nor did he mention that his knowledge of a 2 stage central air conditioning system was non existent. Now less than one month after installation, our central air conditioning system doesn’t work. After trying to get resolution on why we can’t cool our home, Andrew, tells us that we have to PAY him to troubleshoot the issue - the issue that HE CREATED when he upgraded our system. I would NEVER recommend him or this company for any type of work! We read the previous reviews from customers and spoke with him several times regarding our needs; and felt that we would be in good hands - however that proved to be inaccurate assessment of choosing Andrew’s Heating and Cooling. Follow-up to Andrew - (not only does he not know how heating and cooling - he doesn’t know how to tell time - he was here less than an hour to follow up on our complaint. Our system worked prior to him installing the 2 stage system. You just don’t know your field Andrew- instead of taking on a job that you have no idea about you should have passed. Leave the real air conditioning jobs to the professionals. Thank goodness you didn’t install our furnace - we would be stuck up a tree with no paddle…

I’m sorry you feel this way, but after spending near 3 hours on-site troubleshooting, and to find that the equipment we installed is working fine as it should and finding the root of your problem stems from a PRE-EXISTING zone controller not communicating properly to the furnace that we did not install! Is causing the issue that is why a charge would apply to trouble shoot because we did not install that control. We came out and verified the equipment we installed is working properly anything besides that a charge does apply to perform a repair!

Excellent service! Showed up on time and completed the work in a timely manner. Very professional and was easy to get an appointment! Fair prices!!!! Went above and beyond to make sure I had a new working AC Unit and Thermostat! Would highly recommend!
