  Big shout out to the team at Anderson Performance, the service was professional, quality was great and overall experience was awesome. I would recommend to anyone needing service, repairs or a new unit.

  They installed 4 ac units in my house. They overfilled one of them. I asked them to check whether they overfilled the others. They said they checked and they were all fine. A year goes by labor warranty ends and 1 of them fails. I call them to come fix it and they say they dont service my area anymore. I call someone else. Come to find out the ac was overcharged double, compressor shot, brazings on the inside unit needed to be redone, 950 dollars total. Dont install units if you're not going to service them. Completely installer fault making parts fail less than 2 years into service, all because they didnt fill it up properly and lied about checking it when they came to service it back when it was still under labor warranty

  I was so pleased with this company. First, they are a local family owned and operated. They’re on time service person, Stephen, was professional, very thoughtful and took care of the problem at an excellent price. I believe in doing business locally if possible, and with this company, no regrets. I would recommend them without hesitation to my friends and neighbors. Katie, in the office is a sweetie and most helpful with a cheerful demeanor. They’re great!
