  Absolutely phenomenal! Easily one of the best businesses I’ve ever used. My spouse and I first contacted them about replacing our heat pump and furnace. They quickly responded and came out for an estimate. They provided multiple estimates to allow us to make a choice based on cost and their recommendations. They answered the many questions we had, and actually recommended a smaller/less costly option as they felt it would meet our heating/cooling needs better. Installation was very well done compared to our previous unit done by another company. Lastly, while waiting for our new heat pump, our water tank burst. We called them and the next day had a new water tank that was also very well installed. I can’t say enough positive things about Anderson Heating & Cooling. If you need these services, there’s simply no one else that is as professional as them.

  Anderson Cooling did a great job installing an HVAC unit into our home. It was a complicated install due to the split levels of our roof, but Mark (owner), Sam and Adam were knowledgeable and explained to us how we could still have HVAC in our home. Mark made time and sat down with us to explain everything so we could make decisions. At the end of the first day of installation, the team asked to use the vacuum and they vacuumed and cleaned up at the end of each day so we could be comfortable during the install. When the job was complete, Sam took his time and explained how to work the system--everything from the breaker system to the thermostat. We really appreciated their attention to detail and how thorough they were.

  Got here quickly. Mr Anderson was very honest and kind. Made a tough decision later in the evening, he not only replied but called me and was here the next morning installing a new furnace. Amazing service, 100% recommend!
