  From the first visit, to the final touches Anderson was amazing! Because of a health problem with my husband we needed AC by the Summer. Justin and entire crew (Ethan) were professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. They explained the entire process and even helped get us in touch with someone to do the electrical. It was an A+++ job from start to finish and an amazing value! THANK YOU!!!! We would definitely recommend Anderson to friends and family.

  I am so happy to choose Anderson for our new HVAC system. Gary is our consultant and he has been very friendly, knowledge and patient with me since the first time we met. We have an all electric house and we just invested a brand new heat pump before we realized we could use gas for heating. Gary provided us a comprehensive solution for a dual system that totally meets out needs! Greg and Ethen are our installation technicians. They are very efficient, knowledgeable, and patient with me the whole time! They installed our new furnace and pipe lines very well. They explained how dual system works in details and spent time answering all my questions! I really appreciate all the work they have done!

  My sump pump stopped working while I was on vacation, so I called them to install a new one. On top of the $89 to come look and a $400 estimate for a new sump pump, I was told it would cost $300 just to make access to the crawl space where the sump pump is located - unfortunately there was a lot of snow and it is below my deck so I agreed, assuming this would lead to a resolution of the problem. Once the worker cleared the snow and removed the deck boards - something I would have done myself had I not been out of town - I was told he could not go down there because there were "floaties" aka raw sewage down there. Long story short I am down $389 and another company is pumping out the clean ground water now.
