  Arrived on time and were very professional and helpful. Being a contractor I was interested in how they clean my air ducts. They were more than happy to explain everything to me. Did an excellent job, hot air smells a lot better. Thanks for a job well done at a very reasonable price.

  What a great experience with Anderson Duct Cleaning. They showed up on time, they were respectful of our home and worked around multiple obstacles (dogs, kids, toys) with ease. With three specialists on site, they were in and out in record time. We were experiencing a separate HVAC issue (water in the basement from an unknown source), which they diagnosed and was able to quickly resolve. Since we couldn’t get an HVAC company to return our calls, we were incredibly grateful. They went above and beyond for us. They provide great service at a very fair price. On their way out the door they showed me our disgusting filters. I already feel like I’m breathing better! Thank you!

  FANTASTIC SERVICE! For starters, John answered the phone! Who does that these days?? We had a brief conversation about what I needed, when I needed it, and John’s availability. He asked for all of my contact information and said he would text me back after he checked his schedule. And he did!! He texted me within minutes. He arrived promptly the next day. He knew I was teleworking, so he texted me when he arrived. He worked quickly and effectively, and I paid him on the spot. He then emailed me a letter of compliance (for the condo community—dryer vent clean and clear.). This experience was the perfect combination of old fashioned, outstanding customer service and modern convenience and efficiency. I highly recommend John Anderson.
