My water heater picked a fine time to die... Just before Christmas!  AND Services came out in a timely manner, looked over my very challenging situation, and came back the next day with a water heater and considerable determination.  By afternoon, I had hot water and the best shower I'd had in a long time.

My installer's name was  Morgan and he was fantastic.  Extremely professional, courteous, and friendly.  He worked nonstop and was
careful to clean up behind himself.  I am most pleased with the work he did and would recommend this company to anyone.

Called this place to have my A/C fixed. Was told they would have a tech to my house today. Called back two hours later and said they was to busy to get to me today I understand this a holiday weekend but why make appt. And then call back and say they can't do it now it to late for me to find anyone else. Don't waste your time calling

Called Thursday morning about water coming out of the toilets and tubs in the house . They put me
On the schedule but never gave me a time. I was just told that they would call me 30mins prior to arriving . Waited around all day to finally get the call around 4 saying they tech that was supposed to service my house was having flu symptoms and I would have to get a new tech the following day. I would be called with a time first thing  in the morning . No call the next morning so I called to confirm they would still be coming and I was told that there were previous appointments for that day and that it would be 3/4 hours before they could get to me . 6 hours later I called to cancel they appointment. They have on file that we are unable to use toilets , tubs or water for that matter and still didn’t even communicate with us about the delay to give us the option to find someone who could come sooner .
