I used them last year to fix a mistake from another heating contractor and I was very pleased with their work. I called in mid December to schedule a cleaning for this year. I didn’t speak to anyone because there was a message on the machine that they had lost some help and as a result, were very far behind but leave a name and a number and they would put it on a list and they would eventually get to you. No problem-I got it. I called again in mid January and again in mid February to see my approximate place on this so called list and left messages both times to please call me to let me know about my placement on the list-after 2 months I figured I would be moving up in position. I never heard from anyone so I tried again in early March. I questioned the lack of response (after all, what reputable business will get three messages asking for the common courtesy of a return call and ignore it) I thought maybe there was a third party answering service who was not relaying correct info. While I was leaving the message a woman picked up, “overtalked” me-not even letting me ask about my placement. Rudely told me “they were too busy and go elsewhere for a cleaning”. No problem sweetheart, but maybe you could have called me back in December with that info! Rating is showing 4 STARS-Gave them 1STAR. Not sure how this is being changed! There apparently is NO LIST and they appear to pick and choose who they take care off. No business is too busy to return calls, at least over a 3 MONTH duration. They are good at what they do, but definitely not worth waiting for three months and then be subjected to a shrill, snarky female!

The very best if they can get to you. They are so good they are overwhelmed with requests. I recently had two different plumbing and heating guys come when my propane furnace stopped working. They couldn't solve the problem.......$235.00 later. Chuck came. He took a one minute look at the furnace and determined the control panel ( I think that's what its called) needed to be replaced. He had to order one and then it took him about five minutes to remove the old one and install the new one. That's why they are so busy.

They never called me back to repair my 72 year old moms fuel tank it been 3 weeks I don't recommend they are understaffed and they do not get any work done without no employees
