Matt arrived to service our HVAC system at Vans on Michigan Ave. He was professional, courteous, on-time, and worked diligently and efficiently to ensure our heating system worked. We’ve had issues with this system for a year, and he was able to identify the issue and fix it in one business day. He communicated the problems and the follow-ups and we were able to be open for business while he was working, making the experience that much better in that the impact to the business was minimal. He left complete notes so that any following technicians can follow along and take out any guess work. Very thorough and extremely pleased with the quality of work! Highly recommend AMS!

If there was a way to put a no star, I would. Between the lack of communication, the turn around in this company is absurd. Technicians do not show up with any prior notice. half the time our plant can not have uninvited or non scheduled outside contractors without approval. This was brought up numerous times to management. Still no change. Salesmen do not return calls, later to find out they have been fired. They give new employees it seems like 30 days to fit in. Well no one last, causing the frustration with us and the managers near unbearable. I have never met such a unorganized contractor, I am glad they are out of our facilities.Climate Pros is much better. The way they treat there customers is almost as if they do not need the work or care if they loose accounts.

I don’t usually do this, but at what point is not getting the message across? How many times does a customer need to reach out to a project manager. Patrick was our PM, we approached him numerous times, tried to get an issue corrected for our facilities power exhaust. We couldn’t. Not one, not two, but three techs came out! All with different diagnostics, issue is still unresolved. 4 months later. Very disappointed. Consider a stronger commercial company If you are searching. Very disappointing, hoping this company gets back on track before it’s too late.
