I had an air conditioner/furnace installed years ago and just found out it was not performed to code or to manufacturers specifications regarding the flue pipe through the roof. I had an issue with Amos covering a faulty AC condenser years ago also until Home Depot made them take care of it under warranty. I’m not going to even hassle with asking them to come back out because I have another contractor. I wish you would have done it right the first time!

Excellent experience with Amos and staff. Will and Amere replaced my complete HVAC system and were extremely professional. The overall price was competitive I know my new Goodman system will be better than my old system that American Home Shield reps only patched. They are Trane dealers but also support other brands. I did my homework on the product and I know Amos and his company through my work and they are very reputable. They are not flashy and on TV but they are solid and I would highly recommend their services. Thank you Amos👍 Update: Kelly in the office completed and filed all the Goodman warranty papers that ultimately provides the exact same parts and service warranty as Trane and other big names. It was nice to not have to go online and do that yourself. Will came back out and fine tuned the system. He explained the unit performance in both numbers and logic in a way the common person understands. In particular the pressures and air flow. He calmed my worries about my 40 year old duct work performance. House is cool and I can already see it is saving electricity in mere run time. As for Day 3, I could not be happier with both Amos's services and the Goodman product. .

Overpriced!!!! If I could give negative stars I would. $80 for a service call fee plus $80 an hour. Usually it's an $80 min for the callout and then a hourly rate starting the 2nd hour. Took 1.5 hours to add freon and clean coils. After calling me to ask what's wrong. Also, David was 30 min late. Calls 5 min from when he was supposed to show up to ask if that was ok. And they count travel time to your house as LABOR!!! I do not recommend Amos Electrical. Will be contacting my home warranty company about using them. If I had been able to take off work, they would not have been paid for the service fee. My mother in law filled out the check I left. Bottom line, this company is a scam.
