I’d give them zero stars if that was an option. Heat pump was freezing, called Ammerman because they’re local and that was the biggest waste of $500+ I could have ever imagined. They came to look at my problem, said it was probably the same problem that the customer he had just come from was having. Told me he’d get the part the next day from a shop on Reed Hartman and install it that evening, he did not. He didn’t even call to tell me he didn’t get the part, I had to call him just to be told he wasn’t wasting his time driving there when he couldn’t get a second part for someone else while he was there and that it would be the next day. Well the next day comes and goes and still no word from Joe. I tried to call and he didn’t answer, I called the office number and was told someone would call me back later with an update, no one called me until almost 10 o’clock at night . It wasn’t until the next day that they even bother coming out to replace the part. Meanwhile I’m running the EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE emergency heat while waiting all these extra days for this man to fix my heat pump. And guess what the next WEEK it’s frozen AGAIN !! I called another company to see what went wrong and they said the unit is about 20 years old and there is no way to even fix it without replacing the ENTIRE system and that I basically threw away my money on a company they hadn’t even ever heard of. I now have a thousand dollar electric bill from the emergency heat while waiting on someone who only talked about himself and didn’t even talk about the heat pump while at my house. Absolutely do no waste your time or money with them, they can’t be trusted. They have an awful rank with the BBB and complaints exactly like mine of their site, wish I would have checked that first.

I called Ammerman Heating and Cooling at approximately 4:00pm and there was a service specialist at my home in less than an hour! He was knowledgeable, kind, and thorough. The price for the service call was very reasonable and I am very pleased with my working fireplace! I highly recommend this company, and fully intend to use their services in the future! ❤️

I would highly recommend Ammerman for all of your heating and cooling needs. They installed our new unit a few years back. We are and continue to be very happy with it. We have maintenance on it every year and never have any problems getting an appointment. They are a wonderful, friendly company.

Repairs were done in a timely manner.  Technician was professional and friendly.  The communication could use just a little bit of improvement, as we were expecting a phone call prior to arrival that didn't happen.  But overall, the service was great!

The guys that work here are great. Every time I’ve used them they’ve been polite, professional, friendly and helpful. Ammerman really tries to do right by their customers and give them the best service at the lowest prices. I’ve been ready to buy a whole new system twice now, but they always figure out what’s wrong and fix it for me without taking advantage of my frustration, or desperation. I will use them again.
