  AmeriServe was very professional and educational regarding my plumbing needs. Scott was very prompt on all call backs and coordinate this team schedule to meet with me and access our needs. Absolutely a service provider I would recommend to anyone in their service area.

  Sergio and Joe are top notch incredible human beings. They arrived on time and wouldn't give up til they diagnosed and fixed the problem. It ended up being extra work on their part due to the piping being so old and not maintained and they never complained or go frustrated one . They explained everything in terms that I understood and walked me step by step through the process. There is more work to be done in my house and I hope they are the ones sent to do it. They aren't just amazing plumbers, they are amazing human beings. Finally Scott who does the scheduling was quick and responsive and very upbeat. When speaking to him you can't help but smile.

  UPDATE: We now have a open claims against this business with the Better Business Bureau and the Consumer Protection Bureau and are planning to file in small claims court EVEN IF IT COSTS US MORE MONEY..... I plan to post links to our filings with both agencies once their investigations are complete. THIS IS A RIP OFF BUSINESS THAT SHOULD HAVE THEIR PLUMBING LICENCES REVOKED!!!!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED....... We are a new business that had to upgrade an existing sink drain. Scott was here all of 25 minutes working. He cut the old drain pipe, replaced it with the required "gap drain" (plastic drain cup) and "installed" a brace to the floor with two screws. Total cost: $610.00. After taking our money and leaving we were left with a major leak from the "work" that Scott performed. When we called back about the problem, Scott answered the phone saying "What's up jerk?" and threatened to have "many people" leave bad reviews of our new business. THEY REFUSED TO HONOR THEIR "100% Guarantee" AND REFUSED TO REFUND OUR MONEY.

  At Ameriserve we disagree with Ian Carroll, The job completed was priced properly and was a fine job at a reasonable price. Mr Carroll requested our service to make a quick repair to a sink that had failed inspection from the New Jersey code inspector and health department. Mr Carroll needed the repair in order to pass inspection and to open the doors to his new business on South Main St in Phillipsburg NJ. We gave Mr. Carroll the price up front and he agreed to the price, our service tech ran to Ferguson Supply in Phillipsburg to get non- stock parts to complete the job. Our Service Tech made the necessary changes to the sink to satisfy the code enforcement rules. When job was completed Mr Carroll complained about the price and said he thought it was high, I explained to Mr. Carroll the price was fair and maybe underpriced for the work that was done. I wished he had said something before the work was done because I would have gladly walked away, knowing now he was planning on giving Ameriserve a bad review for a job that was fairly priced and professionally done. I wish Mr. Carroll good luck in his new business and he will soon find out that no matter how much value you give, their is always someone out there that does not see the same value and will give you a bad review!! GOOD LUCK in your new business!!
