  My AC failed on a Friday afternoon around 3. I made several calls to try and find some help as it was 100F outside and going to stay that way for a few days. I figured I was in for an expensive hotel weekend while my house cooked. James returned my call and after I shared my story of what transpired he dug in and searched for the right parts. A very short while later he called back and was the only one in town who had the control board I needed as mine had all but exploded, (big sparks and flames). Not only that, with board in hand, he had Chad scheduled to come out between 9-11 pm the very same evening. Everyone else I talked to had to order the parts and would have to schedule next week sometime. I was stoked. James called me back again a little later with a quote in the event things got very serious so I was prepared. Chad showed up just after 8 pm, friendly and fantastic, carrying everything I could have needed. He quickly saved the day and had everything up and running smoothly. It was after hours and it was worth every penny extra. Americool your service was top notch and I truly appreciate it. Chad probably deserves a raise. Thank you!!!

  I started working for Americool in February and have nothing bad to say. These guys go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy and comfortable. We have several crews that not only work independently but also help eachother out when needed. I am proud to be a part of this team and am looking forward to building my career with them

  drivers on highway rude and aggressive speeding and flashing lights. I-82 Eastbound around yakitat exit coming into Benton City on 2-8-22 at about 3;40 pm

  We take safety very seriously. Please prove the # on the back and/or sides of the vehicle or at least the time, location and what type of vehicle so we can discipline and give further training to the driver.
