  No service was needed for a issue that occurred during the Thanksgiving weekend. When I called to cancel to appointment, American Sheet Metal had dispatched a technician and was able to call off. I was amazed that they we going take me so quickly. American Sheet Metal is the best at servicing their customers.

  I was calling to follow up with a project and they told me to call back later, I waited till a couple minuets after they told me to and called, was told to wait again which is ok I understand that they are busy, but then when I called again the lady answering the phone heard my name and put me on hold for 10 minuets and then hung up.

  CV Homes ordered service on our heating unit. American Sheet Metal sent our a service rep same day. They temporary fixed it til next day when part came on, then came out and fixed our unit. The office and service rep called to let us know when they would be there and were very nice when speaking with me. I would recommend this company.
