Ron is the man! I called him at 4pm on a Friday about my fridge that just went out unexpectedly. He helped me diagnose the problem in about 5 minutes on the phone. I will certainly go back to Ron next time I have an issue with my fridge.

My employer switched to this company after a billing issue with our previous contractor. Our first interaction was great, showed up the day of and even had the part to fix our ice machine. It was a ~$150 BS piece of plastic that I did vet to be somewhat accurately priced. Labor cost was a little generous but if any contractor (plumber, electrician, etc.) charges you for just an hour of labor I'm fairly happy. Their employee was speaking negatively about their competitors, whom we had just ended relationships with. Using expletives and saying you're paying for one expert and an apprentice. This recent interaction, a few weeks after, wasn't the same at all. Their receptionist was respectful and told me a technician would contact me. Whoever did (I wish i remebered his name), was pretty rude and honestly sounded bothered that I had an issue. Part of me wanted to ask if he wanted my business? When explaining the issue i was continuously interrupted, and finally when asked who previously serviced the machine, I laughed and said, "YOU!!" Which was met with more uncertainty. After trying to explain our works hours and when he could arrive to service the machine (and many interruptions), I had to tell him, "ok I will see you here, tomorrow, at 1pm, right?" just to get the confirmation. I'm still not sure I was confident they would arrive. As it felt like my problem to deal with. There were other interactions with my manager i cant speak on because i wasnt there. They did pertain to billing issues which we are particularly aware of. I hate to bring anyone down right now but everyone is struggling, particularly bars, restaurants, AND THEIR EMPLOYEES. I didnt appreciate the way I was treated and this is the honest product of that.

Great experience! The refrigerator in my food cart suddenly developed a hideous loud screeching so I had to close the cart! Jarrett quickly returned my call for help, and called me again when he was heading to the cart. He efficiently and carefully diagnosed and repaired the problem. I appreciated his polite and friendly demeanor as well as his expertise. The price was more reasonable than I expected too!
