  We recently purchased a home and found several issues with the A/C system. The drip line leaked and ruined part of the ceiling, then another leak appeared directly under the unit and caused more damage. Because the previous owners had a maintenance contract with AMG for the past five years, we called them. The service tech could find nothing wrong and blew out the line with CO2, stating all was well. What he didn't find was that the drip line was cracked and running uphill before back down and out. The unit wasn't even sitting on the drip pan, and was leaking directly onto the ceiling, soaking the insulation. Cold air returns weren't even hooked up to ductwork. For five years this company has been servicing this unit and they never noticed any of this? Stay away!!

  I am a fellow contractor who loves working with AMG for their underground needs. Nothing but professionalism has been my experience. Most recently, we worked with Paul to do the underground portion of a waterline service install. True professional. Looking forward to the next phone call and working with AMG!
