  James came out and evaluated my problem. I have a geothermal unit and American wanted to replace the unit because it was beginning to fail ,but couldn’t get their vendors to cooperate. After a week they had to bite the bullet and refer me to a competitor. I would strongly recommend them for any HVAC work and that they will honestly try there best to get your unit up and running again without taking you to the cleaners.

  Lots of places to choose from when getting your HVAC system worked on... You know what makes American Mech different, empathy, dedication, communication. These poor souls adopted my job from hell and did it with a smile on. Not only did they do the project, they fixed something for free I fouled up and they also inspected a register I was having issues with. I hope my system never breaks again, but if it does, I will be delighted to see this team again.

  James and his associate were very helpful in getting my furnace cleaned up for the year. They were friendly and explained everything they were doing and made me feel confident about the work product. I will used American Mechanical again!
