  A very honest HVAC co. they just did a couple of jobs in my house. reasonable price and good work. they thought a heat exchanger was bad and leaking carbon monoxide. the unit is 16 yrs old so it easily could have been bad. i was preparing to spend $4,000.00 for new unit. BUT they checked again with CO meter and called me back to tell me it was something else. and they installed a hanging unit heater in my garage at reasonable cost even incl. a few xtra parts that were included. WOW. HONEST AND REASONABLE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

  I phoned them in the morning, they had someone at my house in less than 3 hours. The tech was experienced and really spent the time to diagnose and walk me through the issues. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend this company.

  Arrived in Lake Geneva to our Condo at Abbey Springs at 7:30 p.m. on a Friday evening. HVAC was not operational on an extremely humid and warm summer evening. Called American Heating and Air and they had somebody there within an hour. The technician (Vic) who was outstanding, diagnosed the problem quickly, repaired the unit in pitch dark and we were up and running within 1 hour of his arrival. Have never seen such excellent service and performance.
