  Came home on Monday afternoon and it was 85 degrees in the house. Compressor was running but fan was not running. Called Scott and he said he could be out first thing Tuesday morning. I have used him for many years for smaller repairs. He has always told me that I could save a lot on my utility bill if I upgraded my unit. My current unit is 29 years old. I know, that is old. He came out first thing Tuesday morning. I told him to just fix it, don't try to talk me into a new unit. He went and inspected it and came back and we sat down to discuss it. He said it really could not be repaired , I believed him. My husband and I have expected it to go out anytime for several years. Scott gave us a very good and fair price on a new outside unit and inside furnace. On top of that he gave us a 2 year, twice a year routine tune up maintenance for free. I felt that was very fair. They showed up the next morning and had it completely installed in 2 hours. I got home at 5:45 and my house was at a cool 74 degrees. Very quiet unit. Thank you Scott, you have a lifetime customer .
