  Wonderful experience on what turned into difficult installation. They are extremely knowledgeable about mini-split/ductless systems, everything is in to satisfaction, I don't regret our choice with them at all. I'm looking forward to our relationship in the future as maintenance and upkeep is needed on it all. Thank you for getting us over the line with our system going out on us, we really do appreciate it all. Shawn was the main installer, he was awesome, but everyone else that was on site was great too.

  Giving two stars as lady on the phone was always prompt and had someone out to service quickly. The service man came out the first day with a 89 dollar service call. He then had to come back out on Monday to finish the job. He assured us that on the weekend we could run the air conditioning and nothing else would break. Monday came and another part wasn't working now. That was working on Friday. Also while here the service man broke a part in which we had to pay for. We are now up to 3 new parts. Labor per hour is also expensive.

  Receive emails/text when tech is on his way. Always very honest and shows you what needs to be repaired. We were having a routine check up on our unit when he found 2 things wrong, explained what it was and the cost. Had it fixed in a couple of hours. Always very polite and clean. They have done work for several of our neighbors and we have heard nothing but good things about them.
