  Ryan, my service person, was wonderful. He was very honest and very professional. I do want to have him come out every time I need the maintenance done. I felt very comfortable with him and did ask questions and he was very knowledgeable. He got things done in a timely manner and left no mess at all. Please let him know how much I appreciated his feedback and how he answered my questions very honestly.

  I originally called American air & heat for a quote on replacing our old, broken system. They sent out Todd to check out our house to voice us a quote on replacing the system. Todd was fantastic to work with and very knowledgeable about the potential systems we could have installed. American air & heat sent out Tommy, Stephen and Eli to do the install of our new system, new vent in the master bedroom and a new return duct in the master room as well. Tommy, Stephen and Eli were all extremely knowledgeable about the system, thermostat and duct work they were installing for us. The install is beautifully done and they were exceptionally clean with their work. They took the time to make sure that I knew how to operate the new high tech Wi-Fi thermostat that they installed too.Tyler and Alex came out to do the duct cleaning and we’re extremely clean about everything. But above all else all of them, Todd, Tommy, Stephen, Eli, Tyler and Alex have been, hands down, the most professional and courteous gentlemen we’ve had the pleasure of working with in many years. I highly recommend Todd, Tommy, Stephen, Eli, Tyler, Alex and American air & heat for any of your a/c or heating needs!

  Setting up an appointment was quick, and they came out the same day. I appreciated the text and photo of the technician coming out. I explained what I was experiencing, and he went right to work. Robert was able to explain to me what the possible issues were and do a full check. He was professional and courteous. They even offer veteran's discount. Definitely will be using them again for my maintenance and any other issues.
