  well they did find my septic tank in the windy cold and I give them props. what I didn't know was the outrageous charge for using the camera to locate it. nice guys and they did a good job but if I would have got a quote I would have went a cheaper route. and I don't know if it got lost in translation but they didn't dig up the end to get it tested so different sewer team coming

  I called 6 different plumbers and this one is the only one that answered the phone. He apologized that he was booked out several weeks and couldn’t help. I left messages with the other plumbers and 24 hours later none have called me back. It isn’t surprising that this man is so busy considering he is the only one in town responding

  I have nothing but awesome things to say. We had a leak that sprung in our living room ceiling. We tried to call 7-10 plumbing services to try and come diagnose, all of which had no availability for a full week. Erick understood our urgency and squeezed us in the next day. He diagnosed our problem quickly, was kind and efficient, and did not charge an arm and leg for services.
